Designed by the renowned architect behind Be Tulum and Nômade Tulum, Casa Sastran Tulum, was conceived as his own private family sanctuary — a deeply personal project where vision, craftsmanship, and lifestyle converge.
Drawing inspiration from raw natural elements, the architect reinterpreted organic textures and materials through a contemporary lens, creating a distinctive design language rooted in natural luxury. The exterior is crafted from reclaimed wood sourced from old railway tracks, giving new life to history while honoring sustainability and authenticity.
Every detail has been meticulously considered. Each space, texture, and object was intentionally selected, blending artisanal pieces and treasures gathered from Marrakech, India, and throughout Mexico. The result is a soulful, refined atmosphere where nature and modernity exist in perfect harmony — an elevated yet grounded expression of contemporary organic living.

Main House
Ground floor (beach level):
4 of the 5 en suite bedrooms are in the main house (the remaining master bedroom is in the Loft, see below).
Wake up and step straight out onto the sandy beach.
Luxury king size beds, AC + ceiling fans, 5* hotel quality towels + bed linen.
Each bedroom also has a pull down projector screen and Apple TV.
Housekeeper comes daily to freshen up the room.
Also on the ground floor at beach level is a large BBQ grill area with a bar, and a table that seats 12 people.
First floor:
Large open plan living room + kitchen with dining table that seats 12 people.
Panoramic views of the Caribbean sea on one side and lagoon on the other.
Glass doors that open all the way, connecting you with the tops of the palm trees.
Outdoor pool with shallow end, perfect for kids.
