Casa Sastran is situated on 100m of well maintained private beach in the heart of Sian Ka’an biosphere - a breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage site.
In the language of the Mayan people who once inhabited this region, Sian Ka'an means 'Origin of the Sky'.
The area is home to hundreds of wild species including jaguars, monkeys, turtles, dolphins, manatees and crocodiles. The house has 360 degree magnificent views of the jungle, the Caribbean sea and the fresh water lagoon. In such serenity, it’s hard to imagine you’re just 10 minutes drive away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum.

Sian Ka’an is a 2.5 hours drive from Cancun International Airport, but it can take longer in the high season due to heavy traffic. Since December 2023, Tulum International airport was inaugurated, with a number of direct flights to key destinations in the US, Mexico and Europe. Drive time from the new airport to Casa Sastran Tulum is just 1.20 hour aprox. Ask our concierge for our private drive service.
